Grief is a very personal thing, everyone who goes through it will experience it differently. These are my thoughts and feelings after the death of my wife Najma from ovarian cancer on our 31st wedding anniversary 26th April 2023. I hope they may help others know that they are not alone and help them express feelings that are very hard to put into words.
